Refund policy

It is our mission to ensure the highest satisfaction for each purchase! If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase from us, please initiate a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your item. 

After we've received the item in good/original shipping condition, we’ll be able
to process refunds minus a $50 USD per rug, and $5 USD per cushion/item restocking fee.

Please note that in order for items to be eligible for a refund they must be undamaged, retain all original tags, and be in sellable condition.

To initiate a return, please enter your email into our Returns Center page, enter and click
"initiate a return" within 10 days of your shipment receipt. If you have multiple items to return, kindly email us at returns@dachicollections.com.

After successfully initiating your return a shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. Please attach the label to the original box. You may drop off the labelled box at your most convenient UPS location. In order for us to effectively process your return, the returned items must be shipped and reach our warehouse within 14 calendar days from the time the UPS return label is generated.
